The EOL strategy is to provide total marketing support to its networks by developing sales tool and supports necessary for their activity leaving our dealer partners to concentrate fully on their end user activity.
For each network EOL produces:
- Personalised catalogues for its dealer partners
- Sales tools : promotions, flyers, emailings, technical support, sample cards, point of sale material, CAD libraries and design packages, stencils…
- Animation and training of the sales networks
- Optimised websites to assist with the prospecting of new clients for our dealer partners
Design and project management
Each division has a specialist design team, trained in CAD, available to assist with third party design, planning and specification as well as provide training for in house design and quotation software.
Their mission :
- Provide support to our dealer partners with managing their projects
- Plan and guarantee lead times
- Manage end user budgets by specifying the correctly priced product
- Organise and plan workspace
- Assist with the correct specification of the product in accordance with the end user requirements
- Produce designs and plans for future projects
Showrooms
Representative showrooms are available for the different networks in each country enabling end-users to appreciate the product quality and assist with their choiceSpecific personalised presentations or pilots can also be arranged

Thanks to its logistical capacity EO can provide tailor-made delivery solutions to its networks:
- Collection from platform by dealer partner

Training
Training plays a vital part in our group strategy. A specific team is responsible for training our networks on products and other professional aspects of the industry. General training sessions or specific modules are organised at EOL sites or at dealer partner premises

Aside from the number of services provided for dealer partner, EOL makes available to its networks fully equipped meeting rooms with plasmas for presentations

- B2C: EOL has an ambitious internet strategy in place to support its dealer partner activity. More than 20 active internet sites throughout Europe and optimised for search engines generate new clients and projects for our dealer partners
- EDI : Electronic date interchange with dealer partners and suppliers is facilitated by the flexibility of our ERP. For EOL this is vital in optimising cost and time management.
B2B : For information and real time service 24/24, 7/7 EOL makes an Extranet service available to its dealer partners, suppliers and platforms for stock consultation, order placement, statistical analysis, supply, order tracking, technical information, photos, sales support, certification and other downloads
